We maintain a transparent and value-focused shipping model for all UK orders.

Flat Rate Shipping: Standard delivery is charged at €5.99 per order, covering all necessary handling and secure packaging.

Incentivised Free Delivery: Orders over €35 are shipped for Free, simplifying high-value transactions.

Guaranteed Processing Window: Your order will be processed and dispatched from our facility within a guaranteed window of 1 to 3 business days.

Reliable Delivery Timeframe: We aim for all deliveries to be completed within 3 to 5 business days following dispatch.

Logistical Policy: Handling Missing Parcels

In the unfortunate and rare event that a package is lost in transit, our policy is customer-centric:

Investigation Period: We initiate an immediate investigation with the carrier upon notification of a missing parcel. This process typically takes up to 7 business days.

Prompt Resolution: If the carrier confirms the package is lost, or if the investigation exceeds the 7-day period, we will not leave you waiting. We will immediately offer a choice between a full refund or the shipment of a replacement order, provided the items are still in stock.

Risk Transfer: The risk of loss or damage only transfers to the customer upon successful, documented delivery (e.g., signature confirmation or photo proof of delivery at a designated safe place).

Addressing Delivery Discrepancies

If your parcel arrives with a shortage (an item is missing) or an overage (an incorrect extra item), please notify us immediately. We will cross-reference the discrepancy with our documented packing list and, if a shortage is confirmed, we will either issue a refund for the missing item or dispatch it separately at our expense, prioritising a swift resolution to complete your gourmet order.
